All of 3LS Associates have been teachers, professors, corporate trainers, and/or business owners.  They have ran and still run their own businesses, have traveled overseas, and/or have been involved in ministry for decades. 

 

Having learned the ups and downs of ministry, 3LS Associates and those involved with the organization are well equipped to train individuals and teams for both short and long term, domestic and international missions.  From learning how to travel together, to serving together, 3LS can help ensure that everyone going to execute the Great Commission are prepared to do all God has called them to do.
