Victor Chun is an ordained minister who also has been a full-time missionary. He has extensive experience teaching at the college level and is currently a PhD candidate in Intercultural Studies at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, Illinois. He is studying the missiological and theological motivations for the international multiplication of organizations in a particular religious movement. He is also a coach and consultant specializing in leadership development, team building, and organizational transformation in both the business and religious spheres.

Specific leadership training includes training for missionaries (both on and off the field), church and mission organization leaders, as well as lay leaders working with churches and mission organizations. The primary focus is to help leaders know themselves in order to effectively lead themselves. This, in turn, will equip them to lead their circles of influence starting from their own families to the broader community. The emphasis is not just to be personally healthy, but to multiply this within families, teams, and organizations.

Victor has formally been involved in North Korean refugee ministries, homeless ministries, ministries to orphans, as well as having extensive experience in evangelism and church-planting both abroad and in the United States. He has a heart to develop leaders and help them unlock their God-given potentials.
