Re-entry Culture Shock Help
Everyone has heard of culture shock, but it is rare to that people have heard of re-entry culture shock.

During the time you were away (whether it was six months or 10 years), you became accustomed to how things were done in the foreign country, and now your home country may feel almost as alien as the foreign country once did. And, you might find that you think in the foreign language and have to adjust to speaking in English again, especially if you were based in a countries where English was not the main language.
This service is for those who find that things are not the same as when you left, especially if you were gone for years. You might feel as if your friends and family have moved on with their lives without you and that you don’t belong here. Keep in mind that you will gradually adjust to life at home again, but your experience abroad will have changed you forever as a person.
Spiritual Help
For those who have been in different nations in Africa, Europe, Middle East, or even on a different coast, we can attest to the spiritual issues that are very real and present in those countries as well as those here in the United States.

This service is for those who are aware of the dynamic spiritual issues in people and the region, as revealed by the Holy Spirit and need help with navigating it all.
Physical Help
For those who were either traveling and navigating mountainous or dessert terrain for months, or even years, returning back home to a home and temperature that might be different does indeed take a toll on one's physical body.

This service is for those who need to understand how to settle back home without the days or even weeks issues associated with jet lag or physical issues with you neck, back, hips, legs, or feet. We will also help address issues such as disturbed sleep — such as insomnia, early waking or excessive sleepiness. Daytime fatigue. Difficulty concentrating or functioning at your usual level. We can recommend natural things you can do to ensure that the physical impact on your body is minimal.
Psychological Help
Most people are aware of military personnel returning home and dealing with PTSD. In addition, there are a host of other issues that will require friends and family to give them time to settle back home. Being in a foreign country or even in an environment where people require your help does indeed take a toll on your psyche.​

This service is for those who psychologically need to deal with all that they saw or did while on the mission field and then return to a more 'Western problems' culture. (Wrong number of syrup pumps in a latte doesn't really compare to being in a region where there is no clean water). You want to make sure that you do not become bogged down with mental comparisons that keep you from enjoying being back home.
Communication Help (Calls/Emails/Texts)
Communication is an art that most people have never studied. You on the other hand had to learn how to communicate in your host country and now upon returning home, your communication style may have changed or you find that the Yes Ma'am and No Sir, that you were taught growing up is now, 'Hey' or no greeting at all and the person just starts talking.

This service is for those who feel as though you are always the one talking because people want to hear your stories. Or, you might be the one who needs to take a minute and learn how to connect with people who cannot relate to the experiences you had while gone. Which ever it is, we can help you learn how to navigate those conversations so that your interactions are fruitful.
Travel Help
Streets and buildings have been constructed and street names might have even changed since you left. Understanding how navigate your once former home will take some time and you don't want to rush yourself and end up feeling frustrated with the fact that you no longer know the town or city your grew up in.
This service is for those who need to get up to speed on the new roads, buses, trains, etc., so that you can navigate your 'new' home more easily. One thing we can share with you is that before you get on the train / bus / or even a car heading to that favorite restaurant, you want to make sure that the route hasn't changed and the restaurant is still there.
Publication Help
Whether you served for a few months or a number of years, you have a testimony to share with the world. There is a reason why God called you to the mission field and now with returning home, you can indeed help those who are about to embark on their own assignment, why not write what you have learned and provide wisdom for generations to come.
This service is for those who are thinking about writing a book or even a blog. We can help you with organizing your thoughts so that you can enjoy the writing process. We will determine if you would like to write alone or join a group of writers so you all can encourage each other throughout the process.
Banking Help
For the past few months or years, you had bank accounts outside of the United States. If you used our services, before you left, we would have helped you in various ways to ensure that upon your return, you would have an easier time when it comes to dealing with banking needs.
This service is for those who did not keep any USA based bank accounts. We can help ensure you not only open accounts that fits your needs, (personal and/or business) but also determine if you need to keep your foreign account(s).
Home Ownership / Rental Help
Unless you have parents or siblings who have a house / apartment that is big enough for you to return to and you have your own space, you will need to rent or purchase your own apartment or house. And, given that the apartment/housing industry changes often, this is something you will need to address, 'before' returning home.

This service is for those who do not know where they will live upon returning home. We can help you determine if you should return to a family member or friend's home, or should you consider renting a place of your own or share an apartment/house with someone else. Which ever you decide, 3LS will ensure that once you return, you are indeed Home.
Marketing and Media Help
There are various ways that you can market testimonies associated with your return home, your next assignments, and/or a project that God has you working on.

This service is for those who are ready to go public by sharing with the world how good God has been and is, in your life and others.
Help For Family and Friends
Your children, friends, or other relatives will be returning home to a place that has changed for them. It is important that you are prepared to provide for them not only a good home-cooked meal of their favorite foods, but emotional support as well.
​
This service is for those who are preparing to welcome friends or family back home. You should prepare weeks before and not when you are hugging them at the airport or when they walk through the door. At least one month prior to their return, their are various things you can and should do to ensure that you all have a peaceful and a wonderful 'Welcome Home' celebration.
Insurance Help
Upon returning to the states, you will need to have various insurances as required by your city, state, and the federal government.
This service is for those who are single or have a family and need the following insurance: car, health, home ownership, rental, or life.
